During my time at Globant, I have been responsible for driving business design and marketing strategy requirements for the successful launch of two global digital products in South America and Europe for one of the largest financial institutions in the world (World Leader in Banking Apps 2017|18|19 – Forrester).
Serving as a senior business design and digital marketing professional, my day to day involves working closely with data, design, research, technology and business teams all over the world to deliver the best user experience for their digital customers. I have personally been responsible for our roadmap elaboration, service design framework, prototype validations, OKRs, producing global product design workshops, KPIs, identifying seamless monetization opportunities that don’t hinder user experience, and laying down groundrules and features needed for our MVPs. I also serve the team as point of reference within my practice, and the go-to design consultant to explain our work and coordinate objectives with local teams. Building on my expertise in marketing and strategic communications as well, I was also tasked with serving as content marketer as well as analyzing the product’s potential conversion funnel and transferring this knowledge to local marketing teams to help them leverage their global CRM capabilities and set analytics dashboards to measure the success and performance of the project.
In parallel and as Tech Lead within Globant, I lead internal initiatives aimed at fostering collaborative culture and knowledge sharing between Globers, including current and past project tech talks and workshops. I also help a team of 10 consultants with their own assignments and as a Mentor, help my team further their own career paths within the company.
